Meeting Room Hire

City West Lotteries House is the perfect location to host an event or hold regular meetings.  Located close to the Perth CBD with free CAT bus and train services to the doorstep, CWLH is easy to access from the freeway and major cycle ways.  And our venue is bordered by the beutiful Harold Boas Gardens and the Watertown and City West retail shopping precincts.

NFP's are offered great discounts on the hire of the meeting room facilities, but all levels of business including SME's, LGA'S and government departments as well as corporates are welcome to request to hire the rooms.

Conference Room

Seats up to 100 people theatre style, or 40-60 people at tables (10 flip tops are available).  The conference room is serviced by fast WiFi, a data projector and AV system with hand held microphones available if required.

Self catering is made easy with hirers having access to an adjoining kitchen equipped with a hot urn, oven and fridge and kit of crockery and cutlery.

Meeting Rooms
  • Room 1, the Board room, has 11 leather swivel director chairs around a large board table, and two guest seats at the far end of the room.
  • Room 2 has a lounge setting and two small round tables with chairs – more suited for informal discussions and meetings.
  • Room 3 can really be set up to suit you – there are three trestle tables available that can be used, or not.  There are currently around 15 chairs in the room suitable to set up theatre style, or around tables for fewer people.  
  • Room 5 has a boat shaped meeting table that comfortably seats up to 8, with a few additional chairs if you wish to seat additional people in the room. 
  • All rooms have WiFi access and a whiteboard, and rooms 1, 3 and 5 have an LED flat screen TVs suitable for screening direct from a laptop.  Cables, laptop, a wireless mouse and keyboard, if required, are available from Reception, but should be pre-booked.

Hot Desks and Project Office Space

Hot desks with fast WiFi are available for short term hire of a few hours to a few weeks, or perhaps you need a space on a regular basis?  City West Lotteries House has a range of options to meet your business needs, and a range of administrative services available to support you.  Or an entire office space can be hired for a campaign or project. 

We’ll happily create a package to meet your specific business or organisation’s needs.  Ask our staff for more details.
 
Hot Spot Parking Bay

All users of our facilities can request to book the casual parking bay available on a daily basis at much more affordable rates that street parking.  Enquire at Reception for availability and to pre-book.
