Tenants automatically become full members obtaining access to hire any of the equipment or rooms as available.
Any not-for-profit organisation who does NOT reside at CWLH may apply for Associate Membership by simply downloading and completing this FORM: Please note Fees do apply.
Associate members may book rooms and equipment if available. There are 6 meeting rooms available: Conference Room 7; Meeting room 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6.
Meeting room 7 holds up to 100 people; Meeting room 1 holds up to 20 people; all other meeting rooms hold between 10 to 15 people.
